One of our absolute favorite new silk decorating fabrics! Inspired by historical petticoats, this incredibly beautiful decorating fabric is made with three layers, 100% silk woven top, batting, and 100% cotton backing. Quilted squares are 3/4 inches. Great for interior design and more: pillows, comforters, drapes. Also for Fashion: Costumes, Dresses and Blouses. Sold by the yard.
